Dr. Kate Chan is currently a Clinical Professional Consultant at the Department of Paediatrics. Her clinical and research interests are in paediatric sleep and respiratory medicine. Her research focuses on paediatric sleep disordered breathing (SDB), including its natural history, diagnostic tools, cardiovascular complications, exploration of non-surgical treatment modalities and personalised approach to childhood SDB. She is the Teaching Coordinator of the Paediatrics module of the Year 5 undergraduate medical curriculum, with the passion in delivering high-quality education to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
