Clinical Services
The Paediatric Rheumatology clinic is scheduled on every Tuesday. Conditions that we look after include Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis, Juvenile Dermatomyositis, systemic vasculitis, uveitis, scleroderma, pain syndrome, etc. We also support treatment like intra-articular injection and biologics administration.
Educational activities
The team here provides both undergraduate and postgraduate training with an all rounded exposure to paediatric rheumatic conditions that are common in this region.
Research opportunities
The team is the lead of the Hong Kong JIA registry. We are very interested in understanding the epidemiology, characteristics and trajectory of the local JIA population
