We expect to expand our scope of research from paediatric infection of RSV and RV to adult medicine and personalized medicine using the 3D human airway spheroid model tool developed in the initial stage of this Joint Research Laboratory. With the development of Joint Research Unit in the next 3-5 years, we plan to invite colleagues who share similar research interests in CUHK to setup a Scientific Advisory Board.
